Who we are

Your WiFi Hero is an independent authorized retailer for Astound Broadband, based in Austin, Texas. We are not Astound Broadband, not owned by Astound Broadband, and not authorized to speak on its behalf. Astound Broadband is a service of Radiate HoldCo, LLC. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

What this site is

This site describes internet service we can help you order, and lets you ask us to check whether it's available at your address. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and submitting the form does not create an account, reserve service, or lock in a price. Service becomes yours only when Astound accepts your order under its own terms.

Pricing and promotions

Prices, speeds, promotions, gift cards, and included equipment shown here reflect Astound's offers as we understand them at the time of publication. These are set by Astound, not by us, and may change or end at any time.

All offers are subject to Astound's current terms, address serviceability, credit approval, and any conditions Astound attaches — including autopay and e-bill enrollment requirements, activation fees, taxes and surcharges, minimum service periods for gift card eligibility, and the distinction between standard and non-standard installation.

We work to keep this site accurate, but if anything here conflicts with Astound's official terms, Astound's terms control. We'll always confirm the actual current pricing and terms with you before you place an order.

Service availability and speeds

Availability varies address by address, sometimes street by street. An address that qualifies today may not have qualified last month, and the reverse is also true. Advertised speeds are maximums and are not guaranteed; actual speeds depend on your equipment, wiring, in-home network, and how service reaches your building.

Contacting you

If you submit the form and check the consent box, you're agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text, and email about internet service at the address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Using the site properly

Please don't submit someone else's information without their permission, submit false information, use automated tools to flood the form, or attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Your WiFi Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any service you order through us. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Service you purchase is provided by Astound Broadband and is governed by Astound's customer agreement. Questions about billing, outages, installation, or equipment for an active account are between you and Astound — though we'll always help you get to the right place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
